Electronic Medical Records - Patient Portal
Our Electronic Medical Records System provides a state-of-the-art Patient Portal for secure communications with our office. This Portal is HIPPA compliant and not accessible by anyone who does not have a password to access the Portal. It requires registration as a patient in our clinic, where a UserID and Password is provided.

What you are doing is establishing a secure connection that will protect your heath information from anyone but you and I, or anyone you personally give access to. This protects your privacy. Remember, the patient-physician relationship binds me and protects me in any court from revealing anything you tell me to anyone else, unless you chooses to do so. This website also provides you with that strict protection.
Part of the services we offer is a secure, web-based port connection to our practice and to your medical records. This Patient Portal will remind you of appointments, post some of your labs, generate practice key information when needed, and allow you to request appointments, ask questions, or even request refills of meds.
Once you access the site, you will be asked to check your demographic information, which is what I have in the medical records listed for you. You may also change your password if you like.
You can rest assured that your data here is secure. We use multiple layers of encryption and security so that no one may get any access to your information.
